Program Description
By joining The Wash Lab SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated and manual text messages from us, including quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, service status updates, and occasional promotional offers. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
How to Opt In
You may opt in by:
- Submitting the quote request form at thewashlab.org/get-quote with the SMS consent checkbox ticked.
- Replying with keyword START to resubscribe after opting out.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services. You can expect up to 6 messages per month on average.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Wash Lab does not charge any fees for receiving these messages.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again via the quote form or text START.
